I am unable to make firefox my default web browser, even though I click yes when asked if I want to make it my Default browser.

IE continues to open up whenever I click on a link in software or the operating system. Any ideas???

I am pretty sure this can be fixed with a regedit but I don't know the keys to change.

In Vista, Control Panel > Programs > Default Programs > Associate a file type or protocol with a program. Scroll down to the very bottom to find the protocols.

If their Windows related, it AUTOMATICALLY opens IE.
I'm sure there's a way to fix that though.

Yea if its by microsoft it will most likely launch IE. I had to get an addon for MSN so it will launch FF for email and links

Google Earth still launches IE for it's links for me, but FF is the default.
