I got a free trial of Perfect Disk so i could move some of the system files on my harddrive so i could create a larger partition. However, right in the middle is the system metadata (its at about 93 gigs so i can shrink below it). I got Perfect Disk so i could move this data but it wont budge. I ran both the Offline and Entire drive defragmenters with the Page file, MFT, Metadata, Hibernation all checked twice and ive still got the same results. Does anyone know of another way to move these files?

Perfect Disk is a defragger, albeit a great one. You need Acronis Disk Director.

That will allow you to put however many partitions of whatever size you want on your disk in a matter of minutes with out wrecking your current installation. If you want to shrink C down to 20G the metadata will move right down there with it.
