I have used RMClock in the past on my laptops with Core 2 Duo and Athlon 64 x2 for undervolting for increases in battery life and making the laptop run cooler. RMClock hasn't been updated in a long time and does not support most of the current CPUs on the market. Plus most resources that are out there for undervolting recommend RMClock or other utilities that aren't up to date (most articles on the subject are pretty old).

So I think it might be good to figure out what others are available and make a list of them here.

Including Both Free ones and Purchase ones that are up to date
    Support Sandy Bridge and Llano
Update Frequently to support newest CPUs/APUs

Thanks for any and all suggestions and feedback.
