    Unexpected shutdown.

    I apologize for not knowing how to do a sceen shot. This is the error that came up. Any ideas of what to do? Any help is appreciated.

    Is this for Windows XP? Turn off automatic restart in System settings. Advanced tab. Startup and Recovery settings.

    It looks like the Shutdown was initiated because of the temporary files created by some program named WERE or something like that. Were you using any particular program when it shut down?

    This happens when I restart my computer. I turn it off at night by logging out and then shutting it down. In the morning when I hit the power button that is what I get. So, I'm not actively using any programs that I know of when it is off. ;) I'm so confused!

    Does the bolded part look like the name or any part of the name of a program you have?

    Even if you are not actively using a program that causes a shutdown, these files seem to be causing errors...
