After using it a while, I think I still prefer the old IE6. I can't seem to find a way to uninstall this, can anyone help me?

I think it is listed as an update in the add/remove programs. You might have to check the box at the very top of add/remove to show windows updates.

Should uninstall like a normal program.

Yep, what SG said works, but for some

For some reason it wouldn't uninstall on mine, saying i needed to be logged into the adminstrative account on my laptop, which i only had one account. So i had to do a reformat

At the Windows login screen hit Ctl+Alt+Del+Del -- type in Administrator and whatever password you set for it (if you don't remember, I know how to get around that). Administrator only shows up as an account you can log into under safe mode, but you can get to it this way if need be.

I'm a pretty big fan of IE 7, but it does have a few shortcomings. Need Beta 3 ;)

I liked it, but the stability needs to be improved. Namely, it liked to crash inexplicably when viewing certain sites, so I had to downgrade and use them because alternate browsers also wouldn't support them properly (activeX).

Actually, I find Beta 1 to be very stable, though beta 2 looks better. Sadly Beta 1 was never made public.

I think Firefox is the better browser. The IE is a cheap copy of Firefox (mainly Tabs).
The new IE looks at first pretty fast and faster than other browsers. But this is just because it loads at first text and CSS stuff and then pictures etc. (try it with a include-site how long it takes). If you want the same "feature" in firefox, just install FasterFox (extension from addons.mozilla.com) and select one of its options (I took the last one ;-)). THIS is pretty fast!
