I did a fresh install of Windows 8 a couple of days ago and just noticed that there are some new items in device manager (I don't think they were in my last install of W8).
What are these devices (marked in red)? Could this be caused by a virus?

The two bluetooth devices are pretty obvious, you have a bluetooth module, I've had those two in every laptop with bluetooth I've owned.
I googled the kernel debug adapter and looks like you can disable that. See: What is Microsoft Kernel Debug Network Adapter? - Microsoft Community -

Turn off your bluetooth adapter/antenna and the first two will disapear.

Everything shown in Device Manager is normal and working correctly... it's not a virus.
