This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Windows virtual Wifi Miniport adapter as part of network adapters.
    I've read online that its meant to create a virtual card so you can connect to two different networks at the same time, but it splits your connection (essentially halving your speed with each network). What i don't know though, is does it still split my connection even if I'm only connected to one network.
    Either way i disabled the device so hopefully it doesn't bother me.
