Ive been trying to upgrade for 5 days but I always end up at a dead end when it comes to the final steps in the installation. I am promoted by a pop up that states, "A required cd/dvd drive device driver is missing" error message. What drivers are missing, and where can I get them from? Once I have them, how can i store them on my usb so that they can be located with the proper extension to be recongized at the prompt?
