Ok I went back to vista did a clean install and now I'm upgrading to windows 7 again, what should I do to make sure it works correctly other than the clean install? I had problems the first time with BSOD errors, I want it to run smoothly this time any help would be appreciated

depends what were the problems the first time around

"BSOD" is way to vague to give any advice at all.

Internet would freeze and disconnect intermittently as well as randomly getting blue screen errors which caused my computer to restart... Programs has complications... I did some debuggin but it wasn't clear exactly what was the problem only that the file was part of the windows 7 kernel system
