How do I set-up the default (admin) account to use the fingerprint reader to log-in for Windows XP?

Is there any way to make it use both a fingerprint reader AND the password?

Have you read the manual for your fingerprint reader, or visited the support site for the fingerprint reader? I would expect an answer in one or both of them.
