Lately I've been worrying about loosing all my passwords and usernames, emails ect by forgetting them. I don't like to just write them on notes near my computer for other people to see. And if I don't write them down I have to remember them. But what if I get amnesia![]()
So I think there must be a program out there that you can put in your usernames and passwords for your emails, forums, and other accounts.
Does anybody have a favorite?

I wouldn't really trust any software to manage/store my passwords !!
Vista stores most of my passwords - hotmail, forums, facebook etc etc for auto-logon.
(User Accounts > manage Network Passwords)
I don't use outlook, but I guess you can store your outlook password in vista itself. -
Try it out! lol...
But seriously, I never knew there was some 'program' as such for this..Is there any? but I don't think i would trust them either, if there was any...

I use KeePass.

My system works like this - I have a "base password" - an 8-character alphanumeric password that I use for non-important stuff, like forum logins and so forth. Since I use it so often, I can pretty much memorize it very well. I password-protect an excel file using this password, and in the excel file, I keep reminders of my other passwords. I never write them down explicitly. I just write down hints for them. For example, one password I may have could be base password + birth-year + @#! or base password + student ID + *#&%. It's a decent system that works out well for me.

I use eWallet.
Encrypted storage and both PC and PDA components. -
I have a couple of simple passwords for forums etc, and a couple of secure passwords for banking etc. I store all of them in a spreadsheet which I encrypt with Truecrypt so that in the event I would become incapacitated or worse.

For sites like forums, and a lot of sites that require login but not really important (has nothing to do with banking etc, etc), I use clipperz.com. For the likes of banking, and important information, I store them in LockNote.
