    VCOM System Suite serial number error????

    Been using the VCOM System Suite Pro 6 that came with Portableone's laptop since October without any problem. Today on boot-up I get an error message that it can't be used because the serial number is already installed on another computer (which it hasn't been). Re-booting doesn't help.

    Anyone else encounter this problem? I did a google search and couldn't find anything constructive.

    Never mind- I should have known that Portableone would be right on top of things and is working to resolve the problem with VCOM. As usual, another great customer service experience with them!
