hahaha. posted it yesterday, and today, gmail is out of beta..

I know it's offtopic, but I HAD to post that :)

I tried to switch to vlc about 5 times now, and always, after 3 days or so, I always drop it. I guess it's a matter of preferences :) I love media player classic.

Anyone have any links to some sweet skins for it? I love it but man, it's ugly.
The ones on the VLC site are even uglier...

I thought exactly the same thing when I first started using it but I never found any skins that I really liked and you get used to the look eventually and it won't bother you any more.

Sweet. Downloading now, although I doubt this will resolve my conflict between VLC and PC Tools Firewall Plus. :p

But Comodo isn't any better, because it freezes stuff up too. Hmmm. You know, I can always use Linux. :D

Thanks for the links... I had actually already seen those. I've been looking everywhere for some slick and usable skins...

    They all sorta suck...

Thanks for the information. Downloaded and installed.
But the D/L is a bit slower than usual. I think it might be due to massive download by people around the world.

I've always had problem playing real player videos and quicktime videos with VLC... On Media Player Classic with codecs, I can play everything just fine.

Still, VLC videos(low resolution videos) are pixelated in Windows 7 64-bit and Nvidia driver 185.85. WMP 12 plays those videos just fine.
