I've tried everything! everytime I play a video it is black and aero is disabled if wallpaper is enabled..and also the video is black unless I shake the window ;) Anyways....My laptop is a XPS M1330.

    Specs!
    Core2 Duo 1.5
    2GB RAM
    120GB HD
    Nvidia 8400 Dedicated 128mb
    latest drivers from laptop2go
    DX10 I also installed DX9 drivers....

I searched high and low for fixing this issue and googling it but I haven't had any luck fixing it. I changed the output to dx video output...disabled overlay disabled hardware YUV>RGB....what else am I doing wrong....maybe DirectX? what's going on?
