Hi, recently purchased the VAIOSZ and ended up uninstalling alot of "clutter". I was trying to format the D drive as I dont seem to be able to delete the Content and VAIO Entertainment folders, however I keep getting the message of "Windows cannot format this drive. Quit any disk utilities or other programs that are using this drive, and...".

Was wondering if any of you guys outhere would be able to aid me in deleting those unnecessary folders, it seems to be the "MtData" file located in the VAIO Entertainment folder. I was thinking of reinstalling Sonicware I think it is that uses that file and then trying to delelte it but, I don't really have a clue what to do. If I was to download Sonicware or whatever it is, anyone have links? If not, hopefully there is an alternative route to solving this small problem.

Any help would be much appreciated!

Fact is you can't delete/format the D: drive as it isn't actually a physical partition on your hard drive. It's a reserved assignment for the Memory Stick slot. ;)

As to getting rid of all the bloatware, you can try doing a clean install as described in this thread in the Sony forum.
