I have a .wmv file that I need to edit, acctually cut some of the video BC I don't want it, it's not important.

What software should I use? Something not to complicated but good enough to not to loose any quality of the video. Thanks

If half a second (or so) accuracy is good enough, AVI DeMux can cut it and copy the streams so there will be no quality loss.

Do you want freeware? If so, then I would try out what olyteddy suggested and use Avidemux.
