By far this is the best video editing software I have used on either OS, I just finished my video review in HD and it utilized my Quad cores like crazy, I finished Converting it into a sharable movie file in under a minute... What are some Video Editing softwares you guys like??

Sony Vegas Pro 8.0 for me all the way. I got it on my desktop with 512MB of ram, it chugs along at times I admit but it does its job. Easy and lightweight.

I've done some stuff in Final Cut Pro 6 (because I have to in my college course) but I can't stand it, just not my thing.

Adobe Premiere Pro. It does everything Corelvideostudio12 does, but it has alot more capabilities. It also cost several times more than Corel Video Studio x2.

I tried using vegas once, but I had alot of problems with sharing high quality videos, took forever and a day to process... I'll have to check out Adobe Premiere Pro though

When you're exporting with premiere, export it with adobe encoder. You have more options.

I'm going to check this out.
I normally use Premiere Pro cs3 but because of its poor coding for long projects (long load times, inactivity when window is left to look at another and loss of some sound tracks with complex projects) I started testing out other editing programs like Edius, which so far has been good to me, but I'm open for any other ones that might have a 'premiere' look but more powerful. I'll check out this one you recommended OP. :)
