    Looking for a program that can slow down videos. It doesn't need to be packed with features but something that can slow down videos to 5% playback speed.

    Need it as soon as possbile....

    Thanks, but it was an .MP4 format so you can't use it with Movie Maker. I found Jahshaka which is pretty good.
