    I've been wondering this for a while now...

    What program is used for videos such as the "This is Sparta remix" (you know you've seen it :p :p .

    It's juvenile, i know, but I think i could have fun being able to layer pictures on videos like that... :D :D

    Any video editing program, like Microsoft Movie Maker or Adobe Premier.

    Oops, I mislabled my question- I meant a program that allwos you to superimpose pictures on top of vidoes (e.g. on heads, etc.); is this only possible in flash?

    Again, most video editing programs (not WMM) will allow you to do this, though it's more of an advanced feature and will require some skill.
