This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     well, i need a video editing program for some projects at school :eek:

    for example... editing a cartoon video with diferent voices etc... i dont really care if i have to pay for the program, just not to expensive :p ... so any opinions will be great

    search the net under "edit DVD, VOB and MPEG" would give u many choices.
    making changes to a commercial video (in ur example above) w/o owners consents is stepping into a very gray-to-dark area, i dont know if that would fit into NBR. Good luck with ur searches.

    I'm pretty sure it's perfectly legal as long as you don't do anything that allows you to profit off copyrighted material. Should be fine for a school project.
