Hi,
I always used alcohol 120 in the past for virtual drive, but I was wondering, what are good free alternatives out there? Preferably without any adware/toolbars built in...
I don't need the burn image capability since Win7 can handle that.
Thanks!
p.s. i run x64 pro

I have used Daemon Tools lite for the past couple of years without any problems

Virtual Clone Drive gets my vote.

Does Alcohol 120% not work under win7?
-
Another vote for Virtual CloneDrive
I used to use Daemon Tools, but got tired with its hackerish focus and slow support for new operating systems. -
Virtual CloneDrive here, too.
I used to use DaemonTools Lite but I got fed up with the adware. Yes, I know you can choose not to install them but the nagging during the installation got on my nerves. Why put up with it when there's a lightweight alternative that works pretty darn well? -
Second vote for Magicdisc for freeware. -
Thanks BR! That had me worried for a second, glad to know 120% works fine.
