My friend is having some trouble with his system. He has a HP Blade Center(HP c7000 Blade Center) with 16 bays each with 144 GB of storage space and Each bay has 8 GB of RAM..He needs to create 20 Virtual Machines on each bay with each having 20GB storage Space and 1 GB of RAM..Only Utilising the Bay's storage is not possible , so he is looking for ways to accomodate 400-144 Gb in either SAN or NAS..he has configured FreeNAS with 2 TB of storage Space running 4 NFS servers on that NAS. Each bay has a total 8 GB Of memory and total Memory of the Machines combined cannot exceed 8 GB but needs 20*1 GB of Memory Per Blade..So, he is looking for the Best Virtualisation technology to accomodate all needs..Any Suggestions from Expert?

    :)

For this kind of consulting I charge (and am paid) around $75- an hour with a 30 hour minimum.

FreeNAS feeding a fully-loaded BladeCenter? Someone isn't thinking clearly.

If you feel not to help, then dont bother to reply saying how much you are paid.

I think what he wants to say that this is a specialized business question for wich companies tend to pay a lot of money.
Be advised that this is a notebook forum, not a server forum.

Also, the second statement by newsposter indiates that the stated solution is not the best, while no naming a better solution.
