I posted a question on this a couple days ago but didn't get an answer. On my new Vostro with Vista Home Premium, when I select "slide show" when viewing the sample photos in Vista, the photos do not dissolve between photos, it just quickly cuts to the next photo. However, I've seen on laptops in retail stores where they slowly dissolve into the next photo. Is there some setting that allows this, or is there something wrong with my version of Vista HP?

I have Vista Ultimate and it works in mine. When using the Slide show mode click on the Themes button on the tool bar and select Fade instead of Classic (In classic mode photos are changed without any transition effect)

EDIT : I had the reply window open for a while, therefore didn't see the above post

Thanks, but I'm not seeing the "Themes" button in Slide show mode (when using Windows Media).
