Is it possible to upgrade Vista Premium 32bit to a Win 7 64bit with the upgrade disk?
Also is it possible to do Premium to Pro Upgrade? or like Premium to Ultimate?

Yes, but the setup will need to do a clean install (with the upgrade disk)
If you go up editions, you can do the upgrade, but if you lower, the upgrade setup will need to do a clean install.
