    Vista 64 update killed my speakers

    I just updated my computer without paying attention to what I installed. Now my sound only comes out of my sub.

    *edit- I restarted and they work now.

    Have you tried either a system restore or uninstalling all audio drivers and reinstalling them? It it an external speaker system, could it be that a connection when out or your speakers blew?
