    Hi,

I have an Asus G1s-A1. I put in the new Hitachi 200 GB HDD and did a clean vista install from the recovery disk supplied by Asus. When it asked for the drivers CD I did a clean boot and have installed a few drivers later. I partitioned the HDD into 2 parts. I have two questions.

    1) When I boot the laptop, after the "starting windows vista" screen, the windows logo appears. Then to reach the log-on screen, it takes another half a minute (which I would think is too much). At the log-on screen it says, "you have entered the incorrect password", when I didnt even do anything. I also have only one user account activated on the computer (administrator). However, there is another button which says "switch user". When I click that, I see two administrator accounts! Both of them open with the same password. What gives?

    2) After I boot, the system preparation tool starts up? What is that tool for and why is it starting up?

    Any help is appreciated.
    Thanks guys...
