    Vista Complete PC Backup & Blu-ray disc

    Can a 50GB Blu-ray disc be used to backup the whole computer using bult-in Windows Vista Complete PC Backup?

    You'd have better luck with a paid copy of SyncBack Pro. Just checked out the options and it allows for that.

    Vista did not come with native support for Blue Ray burning (since MS was betting on HD)

    But, Microsoft released the Feature Pack for Storage in January that adds limited native Blue Ray support

    I know it won't work without the pack, but it might work with it...you would have to try it and find out...and let us know please

    SyncBackPro can backup to the following types of disk: BD-R / BD-RE (Blu-Ray), DVD+R Dual Layer, DVD-R Dual Layer, DVD+R / DVD+RW, DVD-R / DVD-RW, DVD-RAM, CDR / CDRW, HD-DVD

    It says BD-R but not BD-R DL (50GB Blu-ray Disc). Are you sure it can burn to BD-R DL?
