I Just went into Event Viewer for the first time...in like...maybe 2 years. And there are TONS of errors that i had no idea existed. Apparently there are 1512 "events". Im guessing Events are Errors. They go back all the way to the beginning of december of 2008. I dont recall doing anything that would have caused all these. Im guessing its normal.
    Types of errors
    Boot
    Shutdown
    Delays
    Application Disk/CPU/Mem Usage
Im wondering if anybody has alot of errors in their event viewer. And if i should take action on any of these

events are not the same as errors. Proper loading of a driver can be considered an event, as can actually starting a service. You will need to actually see what is actually in Event Viewer to see what are errors and what are just regular events being logged.

...and, if I may--don't get overly freaked out by event viewer errors. Windows is always recording errors and most of them mean nothing. If your machine is acting funny, errors are a good way to isolate the problem, but there are errors when your computer is not joined to a domain, when Windows is in safe mode, when a registry setting doesn't match an expected value, when it's Tuesday....etc.

I'm not saying errors are good things, but I am loathe to even show people the event viewer sometimes because they get all freaked out for no reason.
