After I complete the installation, it reboots and shows the cursor behind a black screen and then the screen goes blank, does not receive signal from the computer. Help me before I return it?

    Here's my OS's info:
    -Intel Celeron 1.7ghz
    -640MB RAM
    -RADEON 9600

PS. I ran WGA before installing it and it says I was go for Business but not Ultimate which I'm installing but why won't even it show?

Well, for one it said you could install Business but not Ultimate. Your key is not going to work for that...

Install Business (the edition you paid for) and then let us know if you have the same problem. Otherwise, we cannot help you.

No I dont think this is the problem. You can try it and installing Vista business but you are right something should come up. Vista can automaticly downgrade if you put in a Vista Ultimate DVD and a Business CD key. I have done this and it works. Only the Business featuers where installed.

I think best thing todo is try again. Format and reinstall. If it doesnt work again then either your install DVD is bad or something in your computer is not working with Vista and makes it crash.
