    Right,

My vista keeps forgetting its power settings,

    well one in particular.

the minimum cpu percentage thing, it keeps resetting back to 100% which is causing the laptop to run hotter because it is not able to scale the cpu.

Is there a fix to this?

    Laptop specs in sig.
