I'm using the Colorvision Spyder2 to calibrate my notebook monitor (running windows vista). The profile loads as vista boots up and I can see the difference but a second later windows reverts to the uncalibrated monitor profile.

I emailed colorvision and this is what they said another customer did:

"The file causing all the trouble is igfxpers.exe...the "persistence Module".
It's persistent all right. My tablet is running an Intel graphics chipset,
so it's apparently not limited to just nVidia cards. I just disabled the
program in msconfig and my color calibration is now staying intact."

I can't find igfxpers.exe or "persistence Module" in msconfig.
I really appreciate any help fixing this or finding the item in msconfig.

    Thanks!
