Uh hi, so I installed the SP1 RC yesterday and it seems ok.. except now when I alt+tab I get the old standard alt+tab diagram instead of the aero-looking vista one. Is that normal? Also, how come I don't have that evaluation copy thingy on the bottom right corner that (I think) you get when you install this?

yes, everything else is exactly the same, same vista theme and aero-glass whatnot except for the classic alt+tab layout.

Funny, i've installed the update to (i believe it was SP1 for office only), but my alt-tab windows still looks normal. Maybe something went wrong with the installation?

Its because you're using alt+tab instead of the Windows key+tab, alt+tab always has and always will be old school.

After you have rebooted a second time after the install has completed you'll see it show up.

nope...he is indicating the normal alt+tab, but in aero mode, which shows live thumbnails. his aero prob turned off, therefore bringing upon the old look of alt+tab

No, my aero isn't turned off, flip3d works fine any everything. It's just that for some reason the alt+tab chooese to contrast and remain this grey box and not blend in with the rest of the theme..
