    Vista SP1 + Office 2007

    MS if having an "Install Fair" You let them update your machine with Vista SP1 and they will give you a free copy of Office 2007. Not a bad deal. Only catch is, the event is in Mountain View and you have to be present. I would take advantage of this if I lived out there and didn't already have office. Do you think this means that SP1 is pretty much ready for the public consumption?

    It sounds like a good deal, but I already have Microsoft Office 2007, and to get SP1 installed, you'll probably have to answer a lot of questions in their survey, or surveys.

    What if they just perform the same registry hack thats been mentioned on this forum...and then also run some background executable? :)
