This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Well now that it's out everywhere, even on the Microsoft Windows Update itself.

    I am posting a download link which I uploaded for those of you still having difficulty.

    Hmmm, I just checked Windows Update and I saw an update for XML Core Services, but nothing for SP1. Exactly which Windows Update site has SP1 available, and what's the direct link to the network installer?

    I do not think it is appropriate to have download links to SP1 when they are not download links from MS. Closed.
