Sorry for lashing out, its only through Windows Update and I mend the stand alone since. I've been browsing microsoft.com which is getting hammered beyond recognition all morning. There is no stand alone up on either (MSDN).

Humm it´s dificult to say, the boot is a little faster now, the system appears to be smother, giving a stability feeling.

On games, no big improvements that I´ve noticed...

Overall it appears to become lighter, or its a placebo feeling I don´t know...

    ;)

I have Windows Server 2008 RC1 Enterprise with Hyper-V and my version is 735. I guess there will be another refresh for Server 2008.
There certainly are some differences, but from what it's worth the difference might be minimum.

Interesting that we saw a refresh like this, so quickly even. What's even more telling is that we saw an upgrade from .6 to .7 as the release version. So are we thinking that 1.0 is going to be the release version? In that case, I wouldn't exactly say that SP1 is coming any day now. Though of course it can still make it by the end of the month.

I'm glad to see Microsoft is doing this with the update however and are continuing to make some small updates to it. They could have just released the original RC version and screwed up millions of people's systems with the occasional glitches.

This is probably the final test run, with everything that the full version will contain. Should be just a few more weeks then (2-3 atleast).

Generally the SP1 improves SLI (as i noticed ) i'm playing with 167.67 version of drivers and getting a decent FPS like min:30 average :36 max 52FPS on med settings so for that driver i'd say not bad.. now waiting for a new refresh of drivers, i dont feel like 169.XX now even it improves sli though
