ever since i installed Vista SP2 (approximately 30 minutes ago), ive been having sound delays in Counter Strike Source and a bit on youtube.
Is this normal? Will it pass after some time of system adjustment? How can i fix this issue?
thanks!

www.ccleaner.com - D/L and guide
After using the ccleaner, restart your computer for a few times.
Then, check the problem again. -
Check your power options. When playing PC games you should at minimum be at "balanced" and at best "high performance".
-
Make sure it is HIGH PERFORMANCE so that, your computer won't lag and slowdown. -
Yeah, it might be that Vista reset the power profile to balanced after to updated
-
Ive restarted my computer several times (5+) , checked the power options (has been set to High performance all the time)
Still with no success.
Are there possible alternatives? Creative hasnt gotten new drivers to download so it s not a driver issue/
I also ran CCleaner around 10 times :S -

That's so strange. Vista SP2 feels so much snappier for me, no problems at all here.
Vista SP2 gives me sound delays!
