Easy to do. Works great, and I didn't even get the watermark they talked about.

Will system restore roll back a service pack installation?
-
I don't think so, i think you have to do a clean install.
-
negative calvin.
Just like any other windows update update.
takes like half an hour.
works like a charm -
Im sure it will
-
everytime I see one of these threads, a couple days later someone comes back and says it screwed up there install. And most of the people say it doesn't work. I'll wait and see on this one
-
I've decided to wait until it comes out officially next year because i can't deal with the hassle of getting problems if something goes wrong.
-
Had it for a few hours now.
No problems yet. The transfer speeds are faster now even though i installed those performance and reliability packs a while back.
I highly suggest this. No clean install needed. -
I can't seem to install one 200 and so KB update. It still comes on the update list every time I search for updates. I know this is because of my vLited installation, but anyone knows where I can get it from? Update for Windows Vista for x64-based Systems (KB935509). Here is the link from Connect, maybe someone can upload it somewhere
.

I think this topic was brought up in another thread like a week ago...but I'll wait for the real SP1 to come out
