I freshly installed Vista only about 10 days ago, and i did some sections of the tweak guide on it, but for some reason i have now noticed that my shutdown will take about 7 minutes, before now i thought it had crashed but i just started to realise that it was shutting down, just incredibly slowly, have i done something wrong here? Anyway to fix it besides and system restore?

i have actually just checked that now, as a matter of fact, and found something at least...
For the last 2 days that i have shut down, 2 warning messages appear, both to do with skype. So it seems that Vista might not agree with Skype, i am going to try and just not run skype and see how it shuts down later. If it is skype, do we know of any reason why it might cause this?
But still from what i remember i began to shut down but then these errors are comming up some 3 or 4 minutes after i begin the procedure.
edit: after a quick test then, in which i hadn't opened skype while it was on, and shutting down worked great. So it seems skype is the problem here.
Vista Shutdown taking 7 minutes!?!
