This is a rather interesting problem I've just noticed. I've uploaded a picture as an attachment (<50kb).

Here's my problem. The Control Panel button in the Start Menu for my Windows Vista is not working. When I click on it, nothing happens, although, when I make the Control Panel Button a menu, I still get all the options that I'd get in a regular control panel window. Could someone help me out here? I DON'T want a response on the lines of: "Switch to the Classic menu; the default menu is teh sux". (System restore is out of the question as well, unfortunately). Please use the picture to get a better idea of the situation, it's really not that complicated.

Okay, I re-uploaded it. Also, I have the OEM disk for Vista Business if that helps
