    I just recently installed vista on my Sony Vaio TZ150 and Im looking at my system info by right clicking computer and I do not see my Windows Experience Rating Processor and Memory Info? Anyone know the solution to this I tried googling and searching but did not find any answerers

    Right click on my computer and go to properties.

    yah i know how to get there but it doesnt list my processor, memory, and windows experience info in the system properties how do I get it to list them is what I am asking

    Try go Performance Information and Tools and update your score, see if it helps.

    Try running the Windows Experience Index score again. Its in the screenshot already posted.

    I have no clue, did you try Microsoft's help center for more information? Usually the FAQ's are pretty good.

    try installing the fixes microsoft has it does not come with the windows update you have to look for them yourself but ill do it for you. do you have a x86 vista or x64 vista?

    i have the same problem - i believe it stems from a possible registry corruption. i have searched and tried many ways to solve this and nothing has worked, only answer is to do a clean install.

    if you search system information it will most probably tell you that it cannot access windows management instrumentation, WMI. This appears to be where the problem lies. Fix this and voila!!

    after SP1 RC refresh..it said unavailable..but few seconds after clicking on it the score re-appeared.

    Dude...did u try Vista SP1?
