Is there anyway to get Vista automatic file backup to only backup a specific folder and it's contents?

I just want to backup my documents folder, but it only backs up certain parts of it, leaving important PDFs, rar files, etc. It also scans every other folder for specific files to back up.

Unfortunately, no, you'll need to use a different program to do this.

I use Syncback Freeware for this... which works pretty well for my needs... but there are plenty of other programs you can use too.

+1 for Swarmer and SyncBack. Been using it for couple of years now, and never thought of wanting something else.
