AFAIK, recommended pricing has not been announced, but the Windows Anytime Upgrade program will direct you to a list of websites so there is the possibility of the pricing varying from retailer to retailer. OEMs will be able to have Anytime Upgrade direct to their own store (and I'm sure they all will) so the pricing may have more to do with how much your notebook manufacturer thinks they can get out of you than how much the upgrade is worth.

Since the retail price of Ultimate is $399 and Home Premium is $239, plan on it being at least $160 upgrade. Given the Ultimate upgrade from XP is $259, it surely won't be that much. So there's the range I wold plan on. I'm gonna take a shot in the dark and guess $169-199.
