    Is there software that will run on XP but not Vista???? :confused:

    I'm not talking about will it run better on XP than Vista. Just not run on Vista at all.

    Huh...? Most programs designed for XP will work on Vista. Not ALL... but definitely most. And now there really isn't a problems since the programs are designed to work on both operating systems.

    I was talking to my friend who's doing research at Tech with Robotics and a Japanese program they need only works on XP, and not Vista.

    Well yeah there are definitely some programs that don't work. But all new programs and most of the programs designed before Vista will work just fine. Especially if they're mainstream programs.

    When Vista first came out, none of the antivirus software currently out could run on Vista I remember.
