    Hi,

    I was just checking out my friends new Dell with vista and she has a bar on the top of her screen that reminds me of OS X icon bar. I was wondering if that was a add-on or part of Vista now.

    That is probably the Dell Dock, which you can get you know.

    Yes, or you can use rocketdock or objectdock, which are very similar and give you that Mac style bar as well.
