    Who knows how much costs to Upgrade from Vista Home Premium which i'll get for free to the Vista Ultimate?

    I'm running Home Premium, so I checked for you. Looks like it's $159 from Microsoft. There's a pretty long list of stores to buy from, so there could be one or two that are cheaper than that.

    I like it quite a bit so far. It seems "snappier" than XP in some ways, but I can also tell when I have a lot of programs open that it's a horrible memory hog. I'll probably upgrade from 1GB to 2GB of RAM sometime soon here. I'm running it on a Dell Inspiron 6400. I'm not sure about the battery life yet. My battery was already in pretty bad shape, but it seems to be getting about the same battery life as XP did.
