Unfortunately, you need another install disc for a clean install.

The cheapest solution is to borrow a disc from a friend, or buy a Vista Anytime Upgrade disc online for about $10. You can then use your license key, but you will be prompted to call for activation......

You can't get the Anytime Upgrade disc anymore. The only way to get it is to download from Microsoft or to borrow from a friend. If you take a look at my clean install guide (link in my sig), I discuss all of this and give you some other options. Also you can skip doing the activation using my ABR tool.

No, you do NOT need to buy a new license for Vista!

I see you have added on to your guide since I last used it. I did not realize download links were available to make your own disc now.........
