    Question:

In the past month we have purchased 1 new laptop and 3 desktops.
They all have XP pro and they are all eligible for the Vista Upgrade (Business edition)when it ships(already registered for it).
We plan to run Vista on the laptop, and one of the desktop, the other one will run XP and the third one will run Server 2003.

Assuming I get all 4 copies without any hassle.

Can I sell ( as in ebay) the other 2 unused copies or is it illegal, especially if I under cut MS asking price?

Microsoft will shut you down. Sorry. They will be on the lookout for these auctions.

The Vista Express Upgrade discs are licensed only on the machine's which the upgrade is offered with. Depending on who the system manufacturer's are, you may not even be able to install the disc on another brand system.
