Vista does not detect any printers on my home network, but it detects my networked printer under the "Printers" section in Control Panel. confused:

When I try to print, I get this message:

Here is it not detecting my printer on my network:

Here is my standard "Printers" in control panel:
[IMG] (the deskjet is the one that I want to print from).

Furthemore, MSWord (and OpenOffice) detect the printer, but then give me the aforementioned error message (that one being from MSWord).

    Any help is most welcome!

P.S. The PC (desktop) that the printer is connected to has XP Home Edition, I have Vista Home Premium. Another laptop in the hosue running on XP Home networks with the printer fine. As far as I know, the printer's drivers are all up to date, as are my PC's.
