    Ultimate - $400 ($320) Upgrade - $260 ($220)

    Home Premium - Upgrade - $160 ($120)

So there you have it, more reasonable Vista prices!

If anything, I would expect the upgrade prices to be the full version prices. They're still outrageous as far as I'm concerned.

Why would I want to pay to get an OS that still has major issues...

Still not worth it, and IMHO all prices need to drop $50-100 more before I'd consider it. Oh, and we'd still need SP2.

Upgrade oem or retail? Got a link? I just got Vista Ultimate Upgrade retail, signed edition for $220 and thought it was a steal (did get in on that 2 for 1 deal over the holidays though, can't complain).
