    Hello All,

I'm trying to clean up the Garb on my desktop. I would really like to get rid of the windows Task Bar, but I'm very tied to the System Tray.

I have looked into alternate Desktop Shells like Emerge, but they simply don't support some of the features that Explorer has to offer.

I would like a simple App that just shows the system tray, something that would stay on top.

Supposedly you can run Emerge applets without running the Emerge Shell, but for the life of me I can't figure it out succesfully:

Just had a read up cos I'm tring to do this too. It appears that it's not possible as both system trays will compete or clash. So, for that module you have to have the emerge shell running.
